Hidden beneath a copse of giant acacia trees at the mighty Kilimanjaro, Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge looks out onto the lush plains, swamps and shallow lakes of Amboseli national park with the magnificent mountain backdrop.

Wonderful animal and bird life thrive on the Amboseli plains thanks to the melt-waters from Kilimanjaro continually replenishing the swamps, many from subterranean springs.
